Psychedelics Today is launching an innovative project to help professional religious leaders (clergy, spiritual directors, pastoral counselors) become more knowledgeable about psychedelic substances and their history and their connection to primary religious experiences.
The project will give participants a chance to meet others for learning, relationship building and visioning and connect them to the resources of Psychedelics Today.
The meeting dates are Feb 22, March 1, March 8 and March 15 from 7p ET to 8:30p ET. The cost is $100 for all 4 sessions, with scholarships available if needed.
To start we intend to run web meetings where we can discuss what is possible now and what may be possible in the future.
After one or two meetings, we will work to bring in experts who can speak to specific useful topics.
All participants and applicants will have to sign a privacy agreement. You can share your story and experience, but please leave the stories of others in the meetings. We think this is essential because positions in institutions could be at risk, so please keep the meeting confidential.
We will keep the first groups small. Please understand that we can’t accept everyone who applies, but we will work toward developing useful programming and find ways to include all applicants in time.
